This news comes hot on the heels of an official audit which confirmed that Plant-i met all the stringent quality criteria to be bestowed the prestigious internationally recognised standard
To be the first UK Vehicle Telematics, Fleet Tracking and Asset Security company to achieve (BSI) ISO 9001 (2008) is great news for Plant-i, our dealers and your customers. It clearly demonstrates our on-going commitment to producing high-quality, market leading products backed up by a first class after sales support.
Plant-i has substantially invested in new equipment, staff and training to ensure it reached the stringent management processes required.
To achieve ISO 9001 status Plant-i demonstrated to The British Standards Institution (BSI) that they had rigid quality management systems in place, thorough staff training, processes for new product development and implementation, and even how they interface with customers.
This news now means that our approved dealers can say that that processes and development of our equipment and platforms is ISO compliant, this is a huge USP as it gives a massive reassurance to customers that no other tracking company can offer.
